Nope. It wasn't me who first mentioned socialism and pauper in the same sentence. If you care to check back, you'll see that it was yourself. No amount of 'twat', 'dickhead' will change that. And the prize for 'hard of thinking' goes to...the gobby twat from Barmouth. Congratulations. As I said, I didn't introduce the notion of socialism and pauper together, in the same sentence. Now I think on though, you may have a point. USSR, Cuba, Venezuela...

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13124595/angela-rayner-right-buy-council-house-sale-police.htmlIt appears Angela Rayner may have some questions to answer. I suspect there's a simple answer to part of this. She more than likely, in true socialist style, made a tidy profit from renting out her ex. council house after she moved into the ex. council house of her husband. Quite why she registered on the electoral roll at her old address, a criminal offense, is more difficult to imagine. Any suggestion that her husband might have been claiming benefits as a single parent at his address is a bit of a stretch but otherwise, what was the point? You don't just make that mistake, tell the authorities an incorrect address, because your correct address slipped your mind or something. Fraud? Which one, I wonder.

Going back to the start of this pertion of the thread, not only is Ms Rayner looking to close the scheme from which she profited, but it has also opened up a can of worms about her electoral status at the time and raises the question of whether she made false declaration abot the home and her living arrangements.

Neighbours reports at the new address confirm she made false declarations. OK, this is technically illegal but the really interesting thing we need to learn, as far as I'm concerned: Why would she make these false declarations? There's always a purpose behind such things.

As usual there is so much nastiness posted here it’s hard keeping up with who said what. Some angry people here for sure.

Virtue signalling beyond the grave eh? So you aren't sticking to your principles but will accept the help of the non existent community when your life is on the line. All talk and no trousers. It seems to be you that's inventing principles on my behalf. Perhaps you believe that those on the right of politics don't enjoy sharing, helping others. You'd be mistaken. What you're more likely to find is those on the right objecting to forced sharing. Particularly when they see the scope of government, and its associated forced sharing bills, ever rising. Oh dear, I must have inadvertently lapsed into your modus operandi. You clearly said there is no such thing as community, you object to it vehemently. Yet if you were in trouble you wouldn't rely on your own resources, as you expect others to do, but would cry for help from a community. Sharing and helping others is what a community does.

If you read my posts rather than inventing them for me you'd realise that I lament government usurping community. If that's too complicated: I think communities are a good thing and that solutions to difficulties in peoples lives are very often better solved within family, community and charity, rather than by the activities of government.

As the media intensifies its scrutinity, the question of Capital Gains Tax avoidance rears its head in addition to avoid selling within the restricted period. when you're only on £70K+, with a generous expense allowance and an untaxed subsistence allowance equivalent to the basic Universal Credit, I suppose everything you can squeeze from the system is important.
