Oh look there is a grey one. Yes I’m going to have to paint it again this year. It doesn’t look that good at the moment.

Grey is a pity. Lots of pics of boats painted with all the frilly bits if you have the patience.

Would anyone care to speculate as to what type of "big trouble" Commercial Boat Services and/or CRT are likely to find themselves in if these boats have been sold?

I don't know, not being an expert on the subject. But we have a forum member who is an expert so I'm confident we can look forward to a definitive expert answer before too long.
Whether or not the answer will concern the short boat called 'Wyre' is presently uncertain.

In his hurry to post something of assistance to one of his other on-line stalking pals, Vince 'Shit-for-Brains' Coventon has in fact posted references to a couple of 2023 adverts from a Southampton brokerage trading under the name of 'Boats For Sale UK', . . and therefore NOTHING whatsoever to do with Commercial Boat Services, or C&RT, . . which takes this matter straight back to what I said earlier, . . and yesterday, . . and the day before that, . . and the day before that :-
Whatever that other moron Andyberg might try to demonstrate, or convince himself and the other forum arsewipes of via the tripe he's posted about this, . . the reality is that neither Wyre nor Mersey, the two L&L Shortboats unlawfully seized by the C&RT last year, are currently being advertised for sale by Commercial Boat Services [CBS], . . and they, CBS, are telling enquirers that both boats have been sold.
This, . . as I've said previously, . . means that either one, or perhaps both, the boats have been sold, in which case Commercial Boat Services/C&RT have sold something that isn't, and NEVER WAS theirs to sell, . . and are therefore in big trouble.
Alternatively, and probably more likely, is that CBS are lying about the boats having been sold, and that C&RT's professional liars, otherwise known as the Trust's Legal & Governance Services, have instructed them, CBS, to take both boats off the market because of the increasingly widespread publicity and recognition of the fact that having been unlawfully seized from their rightful owners, neither vessel is, or ever was, CBS's or C&RT's to sell in the first place.
