Here you go, why i dont want to buy from overseas. i asked Are the mounting holes threaded for a bolt, if so what size bolt will fit. Thank you Wayne replie Dear Friend I will send you a picture as a reference. Thanks

I know someone who fitted a cleat like that with an internal thread in it and it sheared off during fairly normal use. I would definitely prefer a properly designed cleat with holes right through for bolting.

To be fair the one I'm on about was a round based cleat - normally these would be secured with 4 bolts and a spreader plate underneath but sometimes they have a central thread in them - it was that type that broke.
Not quite the same as the one faffer has pictured.
