Yes but my online persona does not store used food on my boat for longer than necessary Well I do store it but its a 100 litre tank which gets evacuated every 3 days and donated to the municipal sewerage system.

But what would happen if 100 other people decided to do the same thing? Is it "reasonable in the circumstances"? it must have a satisfactory bss certificate. Has it insurance too? CRT won't give you a licence without insurance. Although if you don't have batteries or gas, the only damage you can do is to bang into something.

Sorry I was responding to your "transcends regulations" comment. I certainly like to see a variation of boats but I would bet if this were copied it would no longer be a novelty rather it would be a problem. For example once the vessel becomes unsustainable who is it that pays for it to be disposed of? Does it end up getting swept up by CRT with their bottomless pit of money (some of which comes from license payers). Just being realistic No I'd say you were being anal! Do you have a different name over on CWDF? Yes - it's Emerald Fox

Although if you don't have batteries or gas, the only damage you can do is to bang into something. You can bullshit about the insurance they don't check but BS scheme is a requirement... IF the boat has a lid on it. If its an open boat with or without engine bs is not required. A load of floating barrels do not need a BS certificate

Here we go guys, here are my pics from last year of the rotten old shed: Of course I'm being flippant, I like the idea of something unusual and different. It could be a bit tidier, though. And what's the story now - is he really trying to get it to London? So why has he been in the same spot for a year? And, no problem getting it down the River Aire, any boat can give him a tow. But it looks like one of these ideas where they've lost interest. The piano outside is just the remains of a piano, I'd stick it in a CRT Biffa bin and give Our Debs (the snitch) a call to come and take it away.

So Andrew beware the piano shed is heading your way. It will sink long before it reaches Castleford.
