Why would anyone wish to rejoin EU membership when freaks like this are in charge? Ah, yet more informed and rational debate. Sad.

Its amazing how, when used together, the words 'simple' and 'Jim' just roll off the tongue. I've met Jim and in real life I would have to say he comes across as fairly normal and averagely intelligent (for that part of the world). I think the "Village Idiot" thing is just an internet persona. Presumably he sees himself in some type of competition with MJG for the "Thickest Clown in Yorkshire" award. That's fighting talk, the socialism and europhile stance are genetic, just my superior genes, a mongrel born in Lancashire. I get well paid to be a clown, what's your excuse?

It's also irrelevant. If you ignore the first result, why accept the next ... or best of three etc. etc. Our ONLY bargaining chip, or leverage, is a no deal exit, which would be in no one's best interests. Rog To be honest rog I think leaving with no deal and trading on wto rules is probably the best option at the moment. Ah, a world renowned economic expert speaks!

If you actually believe that, then your crazier than I realised. Europe is heading for trouble, Germany is on the edge of a recession. France has got civil unrest, these are the two biggest contributors. Non sequitors, they don't want us to leave, simple. Just more than half of us are valuable allies. maybe because they need us more than we need them.

Don't you worry about catching athletes foot? did you actually watch and listen to that youtube clip I posted ? If you actually listen to the speech, you may catch a glimmer of why so many of us want out, from such an incredibly corrupt organisation and also why it is impossible to change from the inside

I like how Nigel exposes them for the sleazy filth they are. I wonder why he wasn't shoved straight into Prime Minister's position regardless of parties or voting as he could have been the sensible leader the UK has been missing for years.

(snip). It seems to me all a second referendum will do is prolong the uncertainty and cause more division in the country. Better to just get on with it now. I don't believe that business will come to a standstill, corporations always find the way to keep making money. Only if the vote was for "Remain". If it was for Brexit (again!), that would show that the "will of the people" was settled on exit. Without a second vote, the country will remain divided anyway, with remainers claiming that the result was based on inaccurate information. (i.e. lies) Of course another referendum is going to prolong the uncertainty. The leave date would have to be postponed, we would have a campaign running up to the vote. So how would it not prolong the uncertainty?

If you want to understand a socialist's position on the eu, have a Google for Tony Benn, Eric Heffer or Bob Crow's views on it.
