I thought that a Chang sounded like a drink of some sort or maybe a smoked item.

I’m not quite sure whether this is just boring old faux outrage on someone else’s behalf, or an attempt to exceed Rog’s record 9.5 on the Virtue Signalometer. Seeking humour in difficult circumstances has long been a human trait and long may it continue despite the best efforts of the self-proclaimed virtue enforcers.

I suppose if someone mentions blowing something up in the sense of access to explosives then maybe it comes up as a potential terrorist incident.
Do we know the background of the person involved? Maybe the whole boat is wired with enough Semtex to take out the whole area. Or he could even have a dirty nuclear nerve gas device in there.
How would we know.
Even my MI6 contacts don't know thus far however they have some of their little mozzy drone cameras in there as we speak.

Sorry but you are never going to get anywhere near the master signaller. The way you wind some people up I thought you were the Master Baiter. As for blowing himself up, simple, fill a large steel box with lpg and air...

The chap (I presume it's actually the narrowboat) is the one from aove Officce Lock (Leeds) that had been "squatting" there for months until they finally evicted him earlier in the year... he then just moved to Castleford where he's been for months since... cluttering up the towpath, complete with umpteen staffs (the dogs are nice but a bit barky)... Obvious mental health issues (don't we all?) but all that moving him on does is transfer HIS problems to another area - perhaps this time he might get some care and intervention to help him out along the way. My instict used to be to keep clear of such folk but these days... perhaps the empath in me, wants to see if there is a way to help bring them back into boaty society etc. He was moored on the old oil terminal at Fleet when we passed on August Bank Holiday.
