7 days is a long time, by the time the festival actually starts were dying and ready to go home. Liam was so bad most left and after 10 minutes we found ourselves walking 100 metres further forward. Stormzy was the best headliner but disclosure was the best act there by far. The whole areana was dancing it was excellent. The rest hardly got the crowd going. Hopefully of to the IOW in a few weeks, a bit smaller and less kids of their heads on drugs. The line up is more my kind of music too. At least the festivals are starting up... Hopefully by next year they'll all be back to normal Enjoy 10W(whatever that is)

Had a look at the line up ... not bad unless you're a real head banging fan.

It's more my scene, at least I recognise most of them. I'll be able to sing along.

Did the Isle of Wight back in 2004, great line up, best part was the Who, funniest part was Bowie moaning as they played the England Euro match with France on big tvs at the back of the festival, half the crowd buggered off from the main stage.
Looking back I should have watched Bowie really as we lost the footie.

I went there (iow) years ago before I was an "adult" and there were palm trees. we went on a hovercraft.
Palm trees, hovercraft and I was like "yeah yeah yeah" isn't it.

Thing that I remember most from the IoW is filling a test tube with different coloured sands.

The only time we engaged with the plebs was during the hovercraft ride.
It was quite awful to be in such close proximity to them but that's the way it goes when ones helicopter is in for servicing.
