No, and i did look. Seems like a fair price given the market for that sort of thing is small and the price includes delivery and VAT.
This is the paradox of fitting out a small boat or space, the compact stuff sometimes costs a lot more than the standard size, eg studio washing machines!
Looks like it's for a vanity going on the dimensions, if so there's round ones for a bit less.

John, talking about the boat show, I had a look at those outboards also the electric ones. Can't believe the price. And yes I could see that motor on the end of a strimmer. Phil

Well after another quick look around I cant find anything so I will go for that one. I was just trying to save a bit on the build, every penny counts now

Sorry I can't help with indicating a cheaper option, I can only show you how badly translated EBay (and other sites offers) are after having gone through "Google" translator or similar translation help sites.
The U.K. text : CAN SINK OVAL 382x265 STAINLESS STEEL BOWL - Boat/Camper van/Motorhome/Caravan
which gives after translation : PEUT COULER ovale 382x265 en acier inoxydable bol-bateau/caravane/camping-car/caravane
where "sink" is translated as "couler", which is like the sinking of a boat, and "can" is translated as a possibility to sink.
Good luck with finding the right sink, for the right price,
Peter.
