Evidently obody gives a shit. I read some of it and it made me feel depressed ! I read it all. It made me feel lucky for the simple and easy life I'm part way through that's been largely down to the luck of where I was born. In that other world my kids would have been forced to choose a side or flee.

If there is life after death I would like to come back as a crow. What! You want to come back as an act of parliament?

I applaud them, cheeky little fellows hopping about and giving you the eye. You could sit on the roof of any train and travel the country for free, and swoop down on people emerging from the fish & chips shop to get a decent meal.
Lollygobbler is right though - if we had been born elsewhere we'd have a different upbringing and outlook.

Who gives one remotest piece of a flying fudge...
He's dead, he got what he wanted (Well he did perhaps think he would)
Matterless and not worth one part of my licence fee investigating or reporting it.
Good bye to bad rubbish..
Ed tone down for day time viewing.

I read it all and the article saddened me...initially they were treated well before the manipulation of minds and ideals brainwashed them...they were children who during impressionable years had their thinking channelled. We r lucky in our society...I had a childhood..my kids did and my grandchildren....over there can any child be a child? We all have our differing viewpoints but I try to form opinion based on how I feel...and this makes me sad.
My middle son became very upset when someone said a 5 year old who 'posed' with a gun deserved to die.....at what age are they deemed 'bad rubbish?'

Patty, the one who deserved to die was the person placing the gun in the hands of the five year old Phil For me, that is the whole point. Adults can be easily motivated to do wrong. Children are even more susceptible to conditioning and look up to their elders. You have to ask what kind of person uses children and young people in this way. As I've said before though, the tangled web of blame reaches far, and we are not completely free of guilt as we pay tax and reap the benefits of the 'fruits' of some of the power games being played out around the world.
