I've just been watching a documentary about anarchy at work and how it will eventually be the saviour of the world.
Take CaRT.....please somebody take Cart.....seriously though.
CaRT is an NGO set up to oversee the waterways. I think? One of it's missions is to increase use by non boaters. So we now have Cyclist and Ramblers Trust as well as Canal and Rivers Trust.
So how about CaRT as a body. Calls regular, local, monthly say, meetings. At which anyone can attend. Boaters cyclists, walkers, canoeists, businesses whatever. And everyone has an equal voice. That way problems that affect one area can be discussed and dealt with in that area. Instead of trying to have a one size fits all policy, that obviously will never work and will always cause problems. I know overcrowding is an issue in London but it isn't where I live. If they introduce a policy for London, then they are going to have to enforce it here. And that will disrupt communities that aren't having any problems, for instance.
Just a thought. But apparently that's the way the world will work post capitalism. And it sounds alright to me

What you propose is a million miles from anarchy as I understand it.
I envisage any such free-for-alls resulting in a nothing but a set of draft minutes that none of the well-meaning but hopelessly polarised attendees will accept as a true record.
It will go downhill from there.

Time for some Chumbawamba.
Albert! Bobby! For gods sake burn it down!
[Chorus]
Nothing ever burns down by itself, every fire needs a little bit of help
Nothing ever burns down by itself, every fire needs a little bit of . .
Give the anarchist a cigarette. Cos thats as close as he's ever gonna get
Give the anarchist a cigarette. Bobby just hasnt earned it yet
Give the anarchist a cigarette. The times are changing but he just forgets
Give the anarchist a cigarette. He's gonna choke on his harmonica, Albert!
[Chorus]
Nothing ever burns down by itself, every fire needs a little bit of help
Nothing ever burns down by itself, every fire needs a little bit of . .
Give the anarchist a cigarette. A candy cig for the spoilt brat
Give the anarchist a cigarette. We'll get Albert to write you a cheque
Give the anarchist a cigarette. And he'll be burning up the air in his personal jet
Give the anarchist a cigarette. You know I hate every popstar that I ever met!
[Chorus]
Nothing ever burns down by itself, every fire needs a little bit of help
Nothing ever burns down by itself, every fire needs a little bit of help
[repeat]

Cue stage right the massed hordes of The Peoples Front of Judea,The Judeans Peoples Front, sundry other properly accredited representatives of the people of Judea, splinter groups and so forth for a hopelessly polarised and selfish heated debate/exchange of insults, the only predictable result of which will be to promote bad feeling.

Bit like Brexit, then ...

Well no it wouldn't be a disaster because local issues would be dealt with locally and resolved long before they went to any committee.
The problems I've been having would never have got this far. The other legal issues that have been fought with CaRT or other bodies wouldn't have got that far.
I'm not saying we chat about it and then someone goes away and thinks about it. I'm saying we address issues and decisions are made and action taken, locally.
Democracy is where we all vote for a representative. Who then goes away and serves his or her own best interests while getting pissed and obese on our money, while systematically shitting on us from a great height.
Anarchy means I have a voice as much as anyone else. If I decide to sit on my mooring and moan rather than get off my bum and attend the meeting, then that's my choice. But I can't complain that nobody listens can I?

Well, the Pound dropped against the Euro, which is good for us here in Finland - our CRT licence is just 800 Euros now and not 950 as before. But my pension savings have skyrocketed, role on the day I can take them out and be free from a crazy money system...

Anyway, democracy is where everybody gets what nobody wants. That's quite an interesting statement actually. I'm not sure it's accurate but I'm pretty sure democracy can never be a replacement for love and peace...man... Thinking about it, democracy, socialism and dictatorship all end up being highjacked by greedy people. Not sure there is an answer really as you can't force people to be nice,it's something we learn from personal experience.
