We went passed that redevelopment on the spring bank holiday, it sticks out like a sore thumb next door to the now shut court building.
We are lucky having an ex Herbert Woods boat, If she can get under Potter Higham bridge she can get pretty much anywhere - the only stopper for us is Infields Bridge on the Twenty Foot up on the Middle Levels (5' nominally) but as it's shallow, full of weed and no boozer for miles its not a total disaster!
