Just looked at the picture of the girl he kissed and cuddled with. Maybe I've spent too much time in south east Asia but if I happened to meet her, I'd be very suspicious as to 'her' gender.

" said Gallacher was "very remorseful" and "very much regrets what happened". " -come on, she said she's sorry. I'd let her off.

it's just not fair.
when I was a kid I was told that if I told the truth and apologised then everything would be forgiven.
why don't those nasty magistrates let poor Wayne off?

No idea who she is but for reading that she's on rich man's tv.
However if she was blowing over 100 at 11am, I think she needs help with a drink problem.
About 3 times over the limit 11 hours after she had her last drink?
I don't think so.

What a horrible life to live.
People think the money makes it all OK. He earns millions and drives an audi Q7 (??). I'm certain the money does something but it doesn't erase the shitstorm of being famous. "Successful" footballers and other celebrities are just pawns in a money game. Constantly paraded in gutter newspapers. Nobody gives a shit about them and if they step over the mark all their "followers" throw them to the wolves.
I would not wish that on anyone. Its just not right.
I don't agree with drink driving (a pint is OK) but really, honestly, if this was just a man in the pub nobody except maybe his family would be remotely bothered.
This man wakes up in the morning and has a piss and probably has a shit as well. If he's regular. He's jus another person - inherently fallible.
I hate celebrity culture.

He takes the money happily.
No such thing as a free meal.
I couldn't care less about his women, his kids or his family.
I just struggle to comprehend how stupid one has to be, when earning this sort of cash, not to realise a taxi is a good idea.
And further more, as he has actively participated in his receiving £300,000 per week (per week!!!!!!) over quite a period of time, he has in my view, lost all sympathy and right to a private life when he chooses to transgress.
My old man worked hard all his life, raised six kids, and could never have dreamed of the money or privileges this man enjoys as a right.
Your appeal for sympathy on his behalf his utterly, and contemptuously rejected.
I hate fools.

I've just read Another Idiots post in the thread Wills, and you suggest we should have sympathy for wealthy people who by their own stupidity make poor life choices?
My sympathy will always be with individuals, whatever their financial position, who through no fault of their own, find that life has dealt them the shit end of the stick.
I am truly grateful that thus far, I have been very fortunate.

Not even a hint of falling out, and apologies if my posts suggested that.
I just reserve sympathy for those that deserve it, and I don't feel Mr Rooney does. His are the actions of a fool who shows contempt for the society that rewards him.

I don't think I've mentioned this and to be honest I hardly tell anyone.
drink driving ruins lives. how many innocent people die every year from people being stupid.
I was once one of those stupid people. A couple of years ago went to the pub to watch footie and had every intention to leave my car there and walk home like I regularly do well did.
had a few beers and lost track of time. upon leaving a bunch of man u fans started. I got worked up and instead of getting a kebab and walking home I drove.
got pulled over for a rear light not working and blew 43. they only start prosecution at 40
it took me ages to tell my family. infact i never did tell my dad.
lost my licence for ten months after doing the course.
nowadays I use the bus to the pub. I even don't drink if I'm driving the next day.
I won't say it ruined my life but at the time I wanted to be a bus driver it it has certainly changed it.
you can berate me all you like. I still do most days. it was such a stupid mistake.

I went down the pub last night and got absolutely wankered. It was too far to walk back to the boat and in any event I could hardly stand up, so I took a bus.
I'm quite proud of myself, I'd never driven a bus before.
