The mans a fool.
I can envisage no situation I would intentionally expose myself to Industrially or otherwise that could potentially lead to the loss of my cock as a matter of Policy.
The poor man has either put himself in a dangerous environment/behaved stupidly or both.
Either way he's involuntarily neutered himself, something that cant be fixed with cash.
The clear lesson presenting itself here must surely be 'Look after your cock, it's important and you will miss it'.

clearly all adult males should be required to carry a Procedure for avoiding penile contact with sharp or otherwise dangerous objects, with a set of Method Statements and Risk Assessments for individual activities where such contact may be possible, however unlikely. ................... on the other hand, accidents happen, get used to it, DICKHEAD !!

It's unclear as to how the 'accident' happened. Have I missed something?
"the family member claimed his penis was understood to have been severed by some sort of saw."
some sort of saw? is that all?

Good News MenAn update.......LINK good news indeed. The relative also praised the quick thinking actions of another man who was on the scene at the time of the incident. "He saved his life," he said. now I wonder what he had to grab hold to to stop the blood.π€’
