I'm looking to buy an 'action cam' style video camera like a Go Pro, but don't want to spend hundreds on something that will probably end up out of date and in the back of a draw within a few years. I also don't want to buy something that is crap.. Has anyone tried any of the cheaper video cams that are available? There are tons of 'HD Action cams' on Amazon for £20-£40. Any recommendations?

Cheers. Is the video of good enough quality to take decent still frames from?

This is a still from it. I put the card in my pad and use an app to edit.

He was on the lock landing and got agitated when we emptied the lock.
