Why does it say 20 votes by 20 voters (or whatever) in the polls. If I change my vote it doesn't then say 21 votes by 20 voters. What the point?

Presumably because if you change your vote and replace it with another it effectively 'cancels' your first vote. (In polls which only allow one vote per member like the photo voting thread). So it's still 20 votes from 20 members. edit -I've just experimented by removing my vote in the photo thread not re-voting and refreshing the page. Both the vote count and the number of members voted dropped by 1. When I re-added my vote and refreshed the page both went back up by one.

And Badger thinks I'm having a dull weekend! Thanks Foxy for making me laugh. Had just finished a phone call about some fairly serious stuff. Clicked on recently updated threads and back to happy again.

Because I guess as I said in some polls you can vote for more than one option so in some polls you will see ' 30 votes by 20 voters' (as an example). It's obviously not set up to differentiate if a poll is set up to only allow one vote per voter and the software obviously just counts the number of votes and the number of people who have voted and displays that. As to why? No idea.
