She only tweeted the name of the winner before the show tonight! Do we think that her chances of returning next season have sunk lower than a badly made souffle?

Mary would never have done that. Because she doesn’t understand Twitter!

You're right, there's a lot to be said for being a Ludite!

Apparently all four are signed up for next year. TBH though the winner (no spoilers here) is to be expected, they have been IMHO the most consistent throughout.

But they signed up before she ruined the finale. I'm sure there are multiple clauses in the contracts which cover such disclosures, accidental or otherwise.

You could be right but it would be a shame, IMHO she has filled MB's shoes quite well.

It amazes me how people can be captivated by total strangers baking a fuckin pie or something. Everyone to their own I guess.

I like the cooking on Saturday morning on BBC1 which coincides nicely with me coming back from walking the dogs. And I find Rick Stein to be quite entertaining. But competitions? naaa ..... not 4 me.
it's not about the cooking - I (used to) love Top Gear but watching 'celebrities' driving a cheap car around an airfield is the time when I go and make a cuppa.

I was thinking of cutting my toenails this Saturday morning and making a documentary about it. Should I put it up here too? looks like you need a leg waxing too, maybe the full BSnC
