Some good car channels on Youtube these days though. Top gear morphed into a lad program - for middle aged 'lads' , maybe they should have gone more back to it's roots for the new format, at least to begin with... I agree that would have been refreshing.Personally I like to see more of the Working Man on these programmes,the possibilities are endless, buying from auction,restoring bangers,running cars on a budget,buying a first car for the kid,etc etc Instead we have largely irrelevant Super Cars mounted with machine guns. Very cheap supercars though not bothered about the vette but the viper convertible does it for me

I have met Jezza in Tickhill where he used to live, nice sociable guy. He loved my early XK8 convertible. We got drunk together at the travelers pub! passed a hot sunday afternoon and he explained why top gear worked so well, Later we both got in trouble with our respective partners!!
