Doesn't say what the steel thicknesses are, doesn't even say what type of engine is fitted. But the sad fact is that some poor wooden-headed sap will buy it for very near the asking price.

72ft not new not historic narrow boat on transferable mooring in Kings Cross asking price £150k. There's s lot of speculative pricing on boats in London specially ones which have assignable / transferanle moorings. That particular mooring Ice Wharf is over £10k a year and only for narrow boats. Bear in mind that a one bed flat in a block there is about £25k a year to rent. This is not a joke BTW
