Kids have had hair lice lately. Has anyone got any magic get-rid-of-hair-lice solutions ?

I understand this is one of the very many unmentioned bonuses (bonus's?) with children, along with sleep deprivation, poverty, and a life time of worry. Happy days Rog

Hedrin. Smothers the little buggers, no smelly chemicals. Then lots of conditioner and a lice comb. Daughter had waist length hair and that was the most efficient method with the least tears

put them up for adoption... the kids that is. I'm glad you said the kids because I'd hate to get rid of the lice as I think they are rather nice (took photo through the field microscope) By the way I don't want any pink floyd dark side of the moon comments. I hate pink floyd

put them up for adoption... the kids that is. I'd put my kids up for adoption but the trouble is one of them is ever so slightly ginger in certain lighting conditions and I think it would put people off. The other one is normal and I'm sure somebody would snap him up but you try to show fairness and equality to your kids.

Chop their heads off with an axe! Or buy an electronic zapping nit comb. No chemic,no mess, just sparks! Who remembers Nitty Nora, the bug explorer, visiting school?
