I always think about toilets when new year is on the way. There are always new ideas about.
So I was wondering if anyone has any of the latest technology aboard and if it lives up to expectoration.
I tend to use tank storage (pumpout and elsan) but I realise there are other storage solutions and also some destructive disposal techniques which may have improved in terms of efficiency and cost effectiveness.
If anyone has any details of kickststarter projects etc on this I would be interested to hear about it.
And seasons gratings.

I thought it was Mark Twain
"There are times when I shit and think" "And there are times when I just shit"

on a cruiser stern it is often quite feasible to sit on the open weed hatch with your head above the deck-line and your feet dangling either side of the prop shaft.
............................. not recommended whilst in motion (pun intended) unless you like a bottom shower.

So could be a big plus point when you sell the boat............

Can rancid smells be moved by an ecofan? Seeing as we are being argumentative....

composting toilet for me had others types on boats and either to much hassle or to much chance of a mess plus lugging very heavy things around. The bathtub is getting a composting bog as well ripped the pumpout out straight away
