It still feels so sad that a teenager and an unborn child should be damned for ever, by a choice made at 15 years. Is that the best we, as a nation, can do? Rog protection of others from what she is/was has to come above her self inflicted problems ....... a society that does not protect it's members is a society that will fail eta she ceased to be a member of the society she was born into when she joined another one with non compatible views The 'needs/safety' of the many should be put above the 'needs' of the one... If ISIS had succeeded in their aims would she be looking at returning to the UK?..I don't know If they let her back would she abide by the laws of our land? agree to be monitored? or would she claim that her human rights are compromised ..can someone whose radicalised re-integrate back into society and who accepts the burden of responsibility for that decision? It is so sad that a young girl's life has been so altered by a decision she made at 15 and I'm sure her family are devastated but I just do not see how there can be any 'Happy ever after ending to this'

shagging of a religion in no way makes a person racist. Muslims come in all creeds and colour. Sometimes your spelling errors are really cool

I suppose the other thing is that by not letting them return, a message is being sent to other people who might think about doing the same thing. It comes back to the argument that if we are seen to be too soft, others will continue to abuse our good will. but should we allow a 15 year old girl who was probaly groomed to be hung out to dry just to make a point? I'm not sure its about making a point, I think its far more complicated than that... I'm just glad I don't have to make these decisions..

I would advocate doing a deal with her. Get her to tell who it was who groomed her so the UK can cable tie their bollocks to an electric fence in exchange for her being allowed back with anonimity in a different area. Maybe Keighley or something. If this option is refused then readmittance to uk refused also. That should show up a few interesting features of the case.

So what is it about then? Coincidence that a Times reporter just happens to be wondering around a random Syrian camp, just looking for someone British to interview, whilst Brexit looms ever nearer... Keep the limited intelligence Sheeple outraged whilst real issues go unnoticed!

From credo. Latin. I believe. I suppose as she is still quite young there is a chance that she could reproduce some more model specimens if attended to by someone like Mr Stabby ?

Another point for you morally outraged lot...
What exactly is so different between this 15 YO girl being indoctrinated by naughty muslim men and all the 15 YO girls from Rochdale / Rotherham etc who were indoctrinated into sucking Donna Kebab sellers off for cans of cola?
Should we abandon them too with the attutude 'well they made their beds' ?
FFS ! π

I am sure we have whole government departments that monitor people coming back from certain places and I'm sure she will be collating her own file as we speak. when she comes home I am sure they will monitor he situation and act accordingly. she will see sense eventually.

As I said earlier (if you read ALL my posts on the matter), it is possible she was brainwashed or pushed into it by peer pressure. Without the facts itβs difficult to judge what is best really. If she was sent out there against her will and she has not done anything wrong, then of course that should be taken into account. Best leave the outcome to those who have the facts IMHO.

Exactly....Shes more of a risk to us being left where she is, her mental frailty harbouring the thoughts of abandonment plus her plight being used as a model of how the West abandon their own etc by ISIS. Than she is being brought home And being made to face any charges her actions may have brought ( that we are unaware of!) plus getting the professional help she needs! This thread really is a bad reflection on some of the posters on this forum IMO!π
