I'm all for equality but sometimes you will always find one idiot prepared to take things too far. Social media has a lot to answer for and gives a platform (aided by the media who scour the likes of Twitter and Facebook for things to report) to any Tom Dick or Harry with a means to start a cause, In this case it's one that trivialises the bigger picture and thereby undermines genuine discrimination issues.

I guess on a technicality they still discriminate against 'Grand' parents like us (and others that carry young children) but we still just use them anyway rather than start some pointless Twitter campaign. |

But it brings up a pertinent question.
Do we have any cross dressers on the forum? Men who like to dress as women or women who like to dress as men.
Its not really my (hand)bag but I know a boater who gets his kicks from dressing as a woman and he does it really well. He actually looks like a woman.
Maybe there are some undercover trannies on here who would find it useful to admit to their odd behaviour in a relaxed environment without judgemental comments.

I've been trying to fathom that out but I have a vague recollection that he did 'pose' the picture hence all the front row have their legs in the same position and all the males have them arms folded, with the exception of Elaine who is front of me, but then she told me on our first day looking around Casualty (as it was known back then) that she 'hated' hospitals. I did point out that she might not nave made the best career choice. Maybe looking back she was a bit of a rebel. |
