As the subject is currently 'topical' I felt it only right to crow that I have finally been for a run this morning......hussar! Not been since October due to work, colds, Jane's Mum etc. (also a lazy sod). Going to take a while to get up to my usual distance and times, but the first is always the hardest. Good work Rog....I've been out 5 times over the cold period and am having a trip away for the weekend tomorrow with a few other boaters.
Sure beats talking shite about paedos, kids that I have no experience with, how I own the fastest car on the forum or how my 'stick on' rivets remind folk of a bronzed Adonis's nipples!🙄

Ok I can compete with that..seeings as the Thread title is Self Righteousness and Whatever....treadmill for an hour and then the call of The Worms Head at Rhossili Bay...phone tells me Ive managed 10.7km..today...would just add my legs have forgotten how to get up hills and scramble over rocks...Its also just possible that I may have acted tad immature as I decided I'd be first over up yonder hill and had to run until I got to Causeway where I scrambled over the rocks...but I did it!..... .....but now tackling digging out drainage ditch in stinky swamp..sigh Worms Head  |
