And if we went by land mass Europe and Asia would be one. Turkey is still trying to get free money from the EU.

that's a plan ............. gives Russia a direct route from it's warm water naval base in Crimea into Syria.
and the fresh water that used to flow from from the Euphrates into Iraq will be replaced by salt water from the Black Sea - they'll be able to make salt instead of wheat.

There is some animosity between Oz and NZ. The NZers would no doubt be outraged if you lumped them with Oz! Whereas if they are lumped with Asia, they can’t complain or else they’d be accused of racism Any animosity is rather one-sided in my experience. I was oblivious to the prickliness until I met up with Kiwi friends I had made in London, back on their own turf. They were the same as ever, but some of their friends and neighbours revealed some of the tension – and I had previously thought any hints of it had been just good-humoured joshing! I suspect it exists mostly amongst those less travelled.
