There is a very attractive young lady who walks her pet pug past my boat every morning, I consciously make the effort to stay up after my night shift to see / watch her..
She is obviously a responsible dog walker who picks up after her dog, because she usually brings a bag of poo back to her boat, the poo bin is on the other side of the marina.
Now her pug is small, even by pug standards & this morning she was carrying two bags of poo whose overall volume seemed greater than the size of her dog 😱
So I presume her pug must have pooed more than it's own body weight - How is this even possible..?
I mean, after a night on the pop and a curry, I've been responsible for some noteworthy extrusions, but not 14 stone of it.
Is this trait common in small dogs or is this young lady just randomly clearing the site of muck?
And before anybody asks. No, there is no photographic evidence.
As previously stated, this is an attractive young lady and there is no way to explain to the authorities why I was caught taking photos of her, or the poo for that matter, at seven o'clock in the morning! 🙄🙄

Sadly so we aren't all tared with the arsehole dog owner brush you do end up clearing other dogs shit from time to time. I had to dispose of some last Sunday down at our boat club that has no public access. One of our fellow members is happy to let his/her dog shit at will. I don't like cleaning up for others, but I'm a lot less keen on stepping in shit or leaving it for someone else to find. She gets a gold star, the twat that left the pile of shit wants his/her face rubbing in it  |

There have been a few items recently on telly, about dogs “worrying” (aka killing) sheep and lambs. One of the items showed a chap using a DNA kit on the sheep’s bite areas so that the dog could be identied should a suspect be found. He was proposing a national database of doggie DNA. This seems a really good idea to me, and of course it could also be used to identify the rogue poopers’ owners. I have nothing against dogs (in fact some of my best friends are Korean), but I do have something against careless and irresponsible dog owners.
In the OP’s case, probably she is a responsible owner picking up someone else’s pooping pet poop.

In the OP’s case, probably she is a responsible owner picking up someone else’s pooping pet poop. Yes, Perhaps she found some other dogs egregious heap (maybe a great dane or similar sized monster) and couldn't bear to leave it? I wouldnt imagine picking up another dogs poo being significantly more dreadful than her own? if that is indeed the case why don't other so called 'responsible' dog owners do similar? |

I often have to pick up other people's dog poo - it pisses me off but NOT as much as standing in the stuff does... the other day, some in considerate sod let his dog do it right outside the boat... I challenged him and he claimed NOT to have any bags with him... so I gave him a couple and then put a roll on the picnic bench for future twats

She seems to be presenting you with a wealth of opportunities here to strike up a conversation.
From the simple "oh I just love pugs, what this lovely little fella called" , or the more subtle "I'm thinking about installing a composting loo, do you know anything about them", to the more challenging "tell me about your movements" or you could just go for broke with "I wonder if we share a mutual interest in excreta."
