Looks interesting. Could well be a very nice unit if it is a backup generator (which it appears to be) an has been kept indoors (which looks likely).
Obviously as it is a stationary engine it would need some work to convert it for marine use but it does seem to be a very nice base unit to work on.

The generators have a value as well.

Tony this sold at the starting price. Yes, I looked it up last night, kris. One bid at £400, and it went at that by the look of it. If it's got the usual number of hours on it that most standby gen-sets have, then somebody's landed themselves a real bargain !

It was interesting talking to you about the differences between the marine version and this one.
