I think the intelligent folk have decided to vote leave, knowing full well why. I think the remain camp are not that intelligent, they have failed to convince why it would be better to stay. The polls suggest otherwise. It seems to be the thick, the racist and the elderly that support Brexit.

Frankly the statement you make above sounds like something George Osborne or David Cameron would spout, along with " there will be a war" lol.

My pension provider suggests different. In fact, long term, I am advised I will be better off.

The polls suggest otherwise. It seems to be the thick, the racist and the elderly that support Brexit. And narrowboaters, if the straw poll above is anything to go by.

I think most Sun readers were in support of Brexit anyway. Brexit support is generally highest amongst the uneducated. Guess what I bought today with a bundle of shiny conch shells? A Brandon (geddit?) (actually there are two geddits this time) new flint-knapping set. And a squirrel's skin for the missus to cover her bits.

It's a tribute to the quality of Thunderboat that this is only the second time in over two months we've seen the "racist card" played. The other member was Sabcat, I'll leave it to you to work out if you are in intelligent company.

You can't deny the existence of racism completely, some people in this world are openly racist. I wasn't claiming that all Brexit supporters are racist, I was saying that most racists support Brexit, along with most elderly and most of the thick. I'm sure there are some young non-racist intelligent Brexit supporters as well.

That wasn't a playing of the'racist card' though was it. Yes it was. Just introducing the word "racist" into a previously well-argued discussion about the eu referendum is playing the racist card. There's nothing racist about working-class people being concerned about the erosion of the quality of their lives, their decrease in wages, their increase in housing costs, and there's nothing racist about being concerned that their children's prospects will deteriorate even further, for the sole benefit of the world's super-wealthy. Go and sit on the Cunt Stool for an hour, and when you come back, make a determined effort to explain your position in future without ever having to resort to even using the word again, because from the moment you do, you've lost the argument.

I wasn't claiming that there was, try reading my comment again. To put it simply for you: Most Brexit supporters are not racist, but most racists are Brexit supporters. Now go sit on the cunt stool until you learn to comprehend written English.
