When the mini pulled across It appears the bus was not even in view. It emerges into view when the mini is alteady across thw road. By the time the bus driver could see the mini it was too late to stop.
If she couldent safely stop when the mini came into view then was she driving safely according to the conditions?

The headlights of the bus are clearly visible as the Mini pulls across. This is exactly the point as it pulls across. The Mini driver pulls into her path. You cant see the bus before the Mini pulls across because the Mini obstructs the view, but as soon as it clears you can see the bus approaching. So yes she was driving safely for the conditions. I said it appears not to be view. I dident claim it was it wasent. You can see it after the mini moves because the bus is er closer. I'm not suggesting she dident do a good job but perhaps slowing down in aweful conditions in a passenger carrying vehicle would of been a good idea. I'm also not suggesting the mini driver was an idiot. But at the time the mini goes across the driver could bot of seen the bus

By my calculation the lights of the bus will have been in view when the Mini pulled across, the driver of the Mini is a 24k nugget.

It was described as treacherous weather there is snow and ice on the road and in the drivers own words
"I just saw through the snow the car u-turn"
And you don't agree she may of been driving too fast anyway.
It's just an opinion.
That moment the bus comes into view the mini is already across the road. When it started it could never of been seen.

We couldn't see it because the Mini was in the line of sight between the dash cam and the approaching bus, the mini driver either didn't see it because they were not making proper observations, or because like you obviously do, they need spectacles. Ps and while we are on something else that really gets my goat is when people use 'of' instead of 'have' in a sentance when it should be the latter.

That’s exactly what we thought when we saw this video ...for the conditions anyway.

"Dawn Leonard, 52 is a driver for DHL and was in the middle of a delivery job..." chickens to KFC? The article does not say what was wrong with the driver of the lorry that was going all over the place. Poor journalism.

I would of said that people who spell 'sentence' as 'sentance' are hardly in a position to criticise others' spellings/grammar.
