Whilst the creation of new facilities sounds positive, there seems to be a lot of time limited moorings eg 24hr 48hr and 7days. The introduction of these go hand in hand with extra enforcment including by external entities( private traffic wardens?) so I don't know if this is positive or not. What does magnetman think? As he lives in London he might have a better understanding of how these preposals will work or not.

Jenlyn is the man for this - apparently he warned CRT there was trouble brewing in the form of too many boats a few years ago. And he was right. He will be better placed than me to comment on this as I don't go to any meetings.
