I need some help with my Thetford n100 3 way fridge. It won't run on 240v, it's showing error code 8 which is insufficient power, I know this isn't the case, I've tested the incoming supply. On the power board there are 3 fuses, 2a, 5a and 20a, the 5a fuse was blown so I've changed it, it hasn't blown again. I've tested the 240 heating helement and have continuity. The only other thing is the fridge light keeps blowing, could this have something to do with the problem? I've run out of skills now so could do with some advice before I call an engineer. TIA.

I was trying to be helpful.
By identifying the fridge from its colour its possible that someone would come up with a "oh its the inverter frequency that is the problem" type solution as they had experienced the same.
Colour of products plays an important role in recognition.
Worth a try.
I've only had 12v fridges with Dan Foss compressors and one Electrolux gas fridge myself. Despite being on mains for the last 7 years I still run a 12v fridge.
