Sam and Charlie are camping in Hastings this weekend with a couple of friends (I used to take them camping when they were very young, and they definitely caught the bug). Anyway, Sam just sent me this photo of an eating establishment in Hastings and I thought it might be of interest to at least one member on here.

Sounds ... interesting ? On a slightly different tack, discovered Jane hasn't thrown her old leaky boots away. Rog

Work finished for the week, pretty much a standard week with nothing out of the ordinary happening. Any recent further infringements of Data Protection Rules, such as the stuff you were posting on these pages back in March this year, . . in addition to your other regular online/internet stalking activities ? Posting confidential property owner identification information, and confidential property location information about an absentee householder, all acquired in the course of your employment, on a publicly accessible open internet forum is a very serious matter, . . for you and Hi-Speed Services, the company that's foolish enough to employ you.

Interestingly the last time we had to go out for the first half and then I will have a think and let you have to do the job at least a month or something to be done for a week or two weeks ago I was going through it with the other thing to say to him that I am a member and a member and a member and I was in a meeting you said it would have been the second time and I was in a way of telling me to get a new job

On our way south again shortly but uncertain how far we'll go ... take it as it comes.
Dry but cloudy at present although forecast suggests over twenty degrees and glorious sunshine later ☀️

Yes, warm and sunny here too. Have started sorting out the stern deck, gave it a thorough degrease and wash down, took the fender off etc. Will put a bit of paint on later, I have a timetable to complete the entire job which is three weeks.

Fabulous morning ☀️
Made it to Marsworth and it's wall to wall sunshine for the afternoon now.
Jane's birthday tomorrow so we have access to pubs/cafes if we should wish, although the plan is probably to celebrate in London in a couple of weeks time.
Hope everyone's enjoying the sunshine ... does lift the spirits.

The FEBDP still works ! All is not lost. Yet. At least you're now adorning it with a decent beer.

The FEBDP still works ! All is not lost. Yet. Used to be a decent beer until they knocked the strength to 4.8 then 4.6. Big negative effect to the taste. Stella Unfiltered is worth buying.

Stella Artois has never been a particularly good beer and is not held in very high regard in its native Belgium. It did however have a very good advertising campaign in the 1980s (Reassuringly expensive) which led folk to believe it was a premium lager.

Commercial rubbish.

I find San Miguel dago beer ok when I occasionally want a lager-style beer. Has to be ice-cold though. Pleasantly hoppy.
