I noticed on the flood alert list Atherstone was mentioned.
Also it appears (unless someone has pissed in the rain gauge buckets) that a couple of sites in Oxon have had 4 inches ! of rain in the last 24h.
There has been a fair bit of pulling on the weirs today so its moving a bit but level not moved much here.
Going out on the podium in a bit so will be interesting to see the general status.

That is a Cara Cruiser. The Caraboat did not have wheel arches as the trailer part was separate. Oh the good old days ! More proof here of admirable’s lack of ‘caravehicles’ knowledge! 🙄 Caracruiser for sale on FB, sat on its trailer. 😉

Yes I know them well as I almost bought one. Just got it the wrong way around.
It was a green one. Caracruiser. No wheels.
Why would I want a Caracruiser with no wheels?
Nice little Boats they are. Watch the corners at the starn end for cracking.

I'm jolly glad I'm no expert because my "garbage" La batteries are now into their 6th year.
eta - I've never used a generator nor shore power and I'm on board for 365 days a year (sometimes 366 if I'm extra lucky).
