He didn't rape anyone, his conviction was quashed. That's unless you side with the feminists of this world, who believe that to accuse is to convict.

I believe that to have sex with an unconscious woman and invite your mate in to have a go is rape, or to slip something in the drink of a woman in order to render her unable to say no and thus enable the misogynistic view that "if they arent screaming and fighting then its not rape", I think thats rape too.
To try and foster the view that feminists are to blame for rapists being accused is imbecilic, I think you are one of the 'she was asking for it' brigade, which is dichotomous of you since I also believe you think the burka should be banned which is in effect the only protection from a rapist in your eyes.

Perhaps it's a good thing that we have courts of law in this country, rather than leaving it to the "she accused someone so he must be guilty" brigade, of which you appear to be a member. Having said that the court got it wrong the first time but have since seen the error of their ways.
I have no problem with the burka or any other clothing, people can dress how they want in my book.
Actually I believe strongly in equality or perhaps more accurately; fairness. My view is that the current drive for gender 'equality' selects areas where women are perceived to be 'missing out'. The pay gap, which exists because women sometimes choose different careers or lifestyles to men is one example. Another might be the so called glass ceiling, where a tiny minority of women are denied promotion to high ranking jobs because of the bigotry of a tiny number of men towards their gender. On the other hand, inequalities or unfairness suffered by men is swept under the carpet. Men don't live as long as women. Must be because of their bad lifestyles eh? And despite this inequality, much more is spent on preventative medicine and screening for women than is for men. Men or much more likely to commit suicide than women. Well that's OK it seems, nothing is being done to address this. So whereas I believe in fairness for all you appear to be a member of the modern day politically correct class that almost go as far as believing that men are inherently bad, whereas women are inherently good.

He was found guilty by a jury of his peers. He got it quashed by a group of legal bods on some sort of technicality and the police have said as he has served his sentence they are unlikely to go for a retrial as it will waste resources. He raped an unconscious woman the reason it as rape? Because she was unconscious. Whether you believe it is fair play to get your victims so drunk they literally cant say no or not he will always be a rapist for that.

Mebbee he uses a rohypnol / Brandy n Babysham mix to charm his conquests too!

Actually I wasn't bragging. If I was I'd perhaps go on about how I've fucked around 180 women in my life. But instead of that let's assure you over sensitive chappies that each and every one of them was in the position to make a decision about it. I'm too tight to buy them lots of strong alcohol you see, much prefer a coffee shop to a pub and last time I looked, rohypnol wasn't on the menu.
Mind you I did use to wake up the ex. wife with a boner from time to time. Does that qualify as rape in these enlightened times?

Ran out of time. It's much more difficult now, in my mid fifties.

I was watching the womens' volleyball earlier and there's already been a wrist injury.
It's making it quite difficult to steer the boat.

Did Ched Evans have sex with an unconscious woman or slip something in her drink? I'm not really familiar with the case but after a bit of Googling it doesn't seem like he did either of those things..
