Its why I won't drive abroad..I'm too worried I'll forget where I need to be.. It becomes surprisingly intuitive to drive on the correct side. The problem can come when something out of the ordinary occurs and you briefly lose concentration. That said last time I nearly met my maker was strangely when we met a (french registered) car rounding a bend with them (not me) on the wrong side. He wasn't overtaking anything so I still don't know to this day why he was driving on the wrong side of the road, unless of course it was a UK driver in a French hire/French registered car. A full very nasty head on possibly fatal collision was narrowly avoided by Jan who was driving at the time.

"Why are there, relatively speaking, hardly any white Londoners serving coffee in Pret or flipping burgers at McDonald’s? With mass migration to the west everything works in a cycle. Poor migrants arrive from places like Bangladesh, Nigeria and El Salvador, perhaps without as much as a high school diploma. They work in menial jobs. Maybe daughter Gita is bright and hardworking and goes to university and the family crawls out of the underclass. She becomes a doctor. Now who makes Gita’s coffee? Immigrants of course, and the cycle continues. If the family isn’t so lucky and Gita doesn’t go to medical school, sociologists put the family’s poverty down to racism. And so it goes on; a conveyor belt of homesick atomised souls from across the planet arriving in dreary western cities (all cities are dreary when you’re poor) to do jobs the natives are too good for, even while native long-term unemployment is considerable."

I said weeks ago that serial-adulterer Bonking Boris was another shill for the EU. He's just acting out the script they have written for him. Perhaps Barnier and Drunker have threatened to do something nasty to him unless he co-operates. Johnson has no right to do a 'deal' of any sort in this matter, and I am surprised the people haven't given him what-for, as they have done to several Extinction Rebellion minions.

I hope they reject it because the deal still binds us to Europe so we might as well have stayed in. I'm pretty sure most people who voted to leave envisaged leaving rather than some half-arsed semi-untangling leaving us with everything people voted to get away from but no voting/veto powers. What a mess.
I guess we'll be asked to keep on voting until it's a stay result at which point there will be no further voting - as happened to Ireland.

A further extension to Article 50 has now been ruled out by the EU.

Oooh I like it. 🤗 Phil I think that's been a very clever (or devious depending on your view point) manoeuvre initiated by Boris rather then the EU. Because it renders Benn's law ineffective, as there will be no point in him sending the letter asking for an extension. EDIT - However the BBC now seem to be watering down the language used to making it sound as if Junker said ' there must be no extension' - which is different from what they quoted earlier which was more like 'Junker has said there WILL be no extension' Slightly different.
