When we cycled into lands end he was there filming so we had a chat with him seemed a decent chap π I can count on one hand the good and the great Iβve met - Fred Dibnah, Dylan Hartley, Tom Wood, Rob Andrews (not that Rob dogless) www.robandrewsmx.com/ and Comedian Stephen K Amos who posed for a cheesy photo for my wife here is another, the guy that walks out is classic ππ»

Not terribly exciting, but just to participate I took this out the kitchen window this morning, with the boats disappearing out of sight as the river is draining down, in anticipation of fresh flood water. The blue ropes are tied to trees across the lawn, as the banks are steeply sloped and the weight of the boats demands exceptional βanchoringβ strength (one closer tree had already been partially uprooted). Not a bad snap. Telegraph wire on right could be cropped out. Hold on.... I lost some of the foreground too. Better or worse?

I like the original. Being an ex industrial landscape it's important to include as much as possible and the bridge on the right really helps And the wire.

You asked an undirected question which I answered ... being 'offended' wasn't mentioned. I note @someboater also answered but you haven't thrown a sulk at him. patty will answer if and when she wishes. Rog
