Zoe begins with a Z. I had a girlfriend called Zeta. Some of my ex-girlfriends in alphabetical order:
Ann, Beverley, Caroline, Diane, Eeva, Fiona, Gillian, Heidi, Karen, Maiumi, Patricia, Rosie, Sam, Terri, Yasuki.
I sometimes wonder what happened to them. And if they ever think of me.

Based on your comments in this post is it safe to assume that your 180 conquests were all fat, ugly, or mingers? Quite possibly all three at once,? Cos after all, they need a bit of loving too. No, but it's fair to say there's been a reasonable mix. My ex wife was good looking actually, was regularly mistaken for Zoe Ball. So what did you do to lose her. If she was that good looking sounds a bit careless

Zoe ball has a lovely voice for breakfast radio, I much preferred staring the day listening to her on Radio 1, the day she left and was replaced by the guttural sounding Sara Cox was a sad one indeed.
They dust Zoe down for the odd fill in stint on Radio 2, which is nice.

Came to mind that she was Zena, not Zeta. And Mayumi, not Maiumi. All nice. It's funny how there are all these forks in life - you make decisions and can't always say where they will lead you.

If she was that good looking sounds a bit careless I suppose she was the perfect 'prize' woman. Not just good looking but also loyal, funny and kind. The thing is that as we approached middle age we started to want different things from life. She wanted to work hard and prosper more, I became interested in a more simple life. This difference grew until it was no longer sustainable, my decision. We had an amicable separation, no solicitors involved, the only argument, believe it or not, was over who was going to keep the pressure cooker We're good friends now. I'm still fond of her but don't regret anything that happened, it was right, for both of us. Incidentally, it would likely have been exactly the same if she hadn't been so good looking. Good looks are great for initial attraction but after that they matter not a jot.

Unlike you I had two acrimonious divorces, I am not good at the marriage thing. Not good with people either, believed to be down to a major head n brain injury many years ago, took away a right kind charmer and left a crotchety but kind n caring bod. May life be good to you
