You haven't done the whole Thames until you've been to Germany...

Speaking of the Thames the power is back on at most locks and pleasure boating is allowed.
I was slightly surprised to only see 3 or 4 other boats on a cruise from Windsor to Henley today.
Maybe tomorrow will be busier. It has been rather windy today to be fair.
Either that or people recognised that their boating was not for pleasure and decided against it until agroboating is reintroduced as an officially allowed behaviour.
I sort of prefer it when people are doing the pleasure thing. The agro seems a bit wrong but there we are such is life.

Have to admit, I have been getting my 'sensible news' from Canalworld, and have been keeping abreast of waterways issues from there.

I just dived into the unknown after lunch today and found that all the buttons were working. Which was nice.

Have to admit, I have been getting my 'sensible news' from Canalworld, and have been keeping abreast of waterways issues from there. That's scary. Best of Both Worlds. Although, quite honestly, there's not much to be gleaned from there. Thunderboat has always been the friendlier place. It's a little odd, but on a whim Delta has changed the history of the waterways' discussion forums. Four years of TB can't be wiped out, still going fairly strong.
