I remember when you could easily get replacement licence plates made up…a couple of lads had them made with the number of the local Police car…they then spent an hour speeding backwards and forwards past the newly installed speed camera. I remember when ......................
oh what's the point?
please can you stay on foxxy's special thread.

I've no problem, you seem to not want to substantiate yours though You may have noticed I repeated unproven claims to make a small point. I liked Obama. Oh I get it now. How very elegant.

Really. Doing something that the whole world does and has done for a very long time is now atrocious. I think that maybe a different argument and definitely not one I have commented on. agree.
I have been involved in the management, planning and implementation of several multi-billion dollar oil and gas pipelines in different parts of the world, and most of them have been very controversial where they impinge on local communities.
But they were essential to maintain the security of the world's energy, even though that form of energy is now seen as environmentally unacceptable.
And that rounds off the argument nicely. Bodger has done big jobs so Trump is an ok guy. I get it now.

clearly you are your own nemesis and you allow it to bend your mind irrationally.

Also I did a big job. I can only describe it as malodorous and tumescent.

HI Nemesis..your new avatar is kinda scary..... Yes I've always found it quite intriguing. Its part of a cover from a mid-70s sci-fi novel. Do you like it?

Well some of it. 'A Time of Changes' by Robert Silverberg. I would't call it dystopian though. "In the far future, Earth is a worn-out backwater and humanity is spread across the galaxy on worlds that began as colonies, but now feel like home, each with its own long history of a thousand years or more, and each with its own unique culture. One of the strangest is on Borthan, where the founding settlers established the Covenant, which teaches that the self is to be despised, and forbids anyone to reveal his innermost thoughts or feelings to another. On Borthan, the filthiest obscenities imaginable are the words "I" and "me." For the heinous crime of "self-baring," apostates have always paid with exile or death, but after his eyes are opened by a visitor from Earth, Kinnall Darival, prince of Salla, risks everything to teach his people the real meaning of being human..."
