I personally think Tony's biggest problem is his presentation and general manner.
If he were to approach a competent and quality legal professional with a view to taking on CRT in an effective way would they take him seriously?
Obviously if you have shit loads of money to throw at them they will do whatever you want including fellating but absent this incentive it seems to be a bit of a losing battle.
One for the nbta perhaps?

Binding precedent
Is closely linked to stare decisis and is the part of the judgment that must be followed by future judges, where the material facts (most important facts for the legal rule) are similar. Binding precedent can only be found in the ratio decidendi of the judgment, i.e. the reasons the judge came to a specific decision in the current case. Binding precedent can only be created by: The Supreme Court The Court of Appeal, Civil and Criminal Division Divisional Court of the High court The High Court as an appeal court for Civil or Criminal cases. The Crown, County and Magistrates court cannot make binding precedent. However, they must follow binding precedents of courts higher up in the hierarchy. So you do accept that precedent can be set in civil cases? The problem Tony has is that the Ravenscroft case set the precedent (albeit not binding) that the "main navigational channel" extends from bank to bank for registration purposes. Such a precedent is likely to be followed in subsequent cases, even though it is not binding, unless the judge is persuaded to come to a different conclusion, in which case there would undoubtedly an appeal to the High Court. Just to be clear, the Ravenscroft v CRT case was heard “IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE CHANCERY DIVISION”, so probably judges in lower courts will abide by this ruling.

At around midday yesterday, 17 May 2021, on page 267 of this thread, I repeated my earlier warning to the originator of this thread that there would be no further input from me until the thread title reverted back to something more factual and appropriate.
The expected characteristically ill-considered refusal, from TB goon squad disciple and topic originator, kris, was posted within minutes.
As a consequence of this continuing resistance to treating C&RT's corporate devotion to operating outside of it's statutory powers and constraints in particular, and the law in general, in an appropriate, truthful and factual manner, I am adding a further proviso with regards to the thread title to the conditions for the resumption of my contributions to this thread.
Unless and until the title of this thread is changed to, and remains as : --
"Navigation Authority or Government sponsored Scammers ?"

Ah ... fair enough ... I hope he does.
I hope he realises that this part of the 'thunderboat goon squad' actually want him to win his case, get his boat back, and give C&RT management a slap ... but realistically I just can't see it happening.
But of course no contrary views are permitted on the subject.
