Pollock from co-op, Aztec broccoli, fried courgette and chard with a couple of boiled potatoes, followed by rhubarb crumble and yoghurt with fresh black and white currants from the garden. Everything from the garden apart from fish and potatoes. Pollack? Pollock swim off the west coast of America.

Better than fridge Pollock.

Had two toasted corned beef sandwiches today, the ftrst with chopped tomato and onion, the second with Saint Agur cheese.
I love corned beef. People say it's vile but I get through at least two tins of it a week. I love corned beef hash too, so simple but absolutely delicious if cooked properly, fried at a very high heat, with a nice thick crust. But then I'm a bit of a pleb.

I have had a bowl of oats, a tin of mackerel in sunflower oil and approximately 10 a la greque olives today.
And some Stella. Can't stop boating at the moment so no more food until engines off as while the cooker is only 8ft from the helm it does get a little awkward.
Plus I really like being hungry. Not Ethiopian hungry but just enough to keep the fat off.

So far I have eaten a tin of Tesco Chicken and Veg soup and a small serving of a veggie lentil stew which is better than it may sound. But I could eat a corn beef sandwich now that its been mentioned except I'm supposed to be not eating red meat. Or bread.
I have dropped nearly four kilos in weight lately.

They've all gone home. Brexit. Think you are possibly referring to Polacks? Yes, many of them have gone back to Poland now but this was more due to the HMRC IR35 changes, and claiming the £20,000 Covid bounceback loans before folding their Limited Companies meaning they didn't have to pay the loans back. Plenty on the internet about it if you want to look. But either way it means more money for me, and I'm sure we can all agree that this is a Good Thing.

Thai fishcakes with a sauce, new potatoes n salad Grand daughter had duck pancakes ..M and S Just gotta love M and S food when u have to cook for folk like daughter Washed down with Moet n Chandon cos I'm not leaving that here when I go Brum ......
When I left the family home following him ditching me(I moved into a flat) I left under the stairs about 4 very good bottles of Champagne which my dad had brought my ex. Dad would gift him one every birthday and Christmas. I didn't feel I could take them but hated thought of him drinking them with 'Her'... however I needn't have worried as a certain Marine also not keen on that thought so consumed the lot in a drinking session with his mates one weekend..... I never leave any Bubbly to chance.

When do you move to Birmingham patty and what's happening with Freya ? Rog Freya is going to kennels....I decided that despite all the kind offers it would be easier as although date for surgery fixed there is a question mark over return date and whether I will manage large dog. She's also lost weight and bit scrawny and this lady has her own GSD and knows a lot about the breed and will juggle her feed. ATM she's on double what is recommended but still not gaining weight. The place has only been opened a few weeks so custom built. There is no place like home and I will miss her but have no choice, I felt the responsibility too much to ask of anyone. I go Brum very soon. See consultant then bloods, pre op check etc oh plus of course Covid test then totally isolate.
