Some advice please and your thoughts
The other day on CWFD the A wee flounce thread, I can across a post that gave the incorrect, in my opinion, information thus I posted my thoughts.

So, with my devil's advocates hat on (aren't the horns lovely?). Two recent threads concerned current legal cases. Both revealed significant parts of one side of the case. In both cases, neither party who was subject of the legal action was a participant on this forum.
I can imagine lawyers preparing a case for these people demanding that such stuff was taken off the internet, otherwise going into court against CRT was a total waste of time
Richard
Sorry Richard, I don't know when the last time you went through a Civil Case, both sides know all the evidence the other has way before the matter reaches Court and a Judge, it is part of the requirements of the Civil Proceedings Rules. So much so that if one of the parties produces evidence the other side has not seen in Court, there are no secrets, people are not happy. I cannot imagine a lawyer for the Planet owner demanding that stuff be taken off. However I can imagine the other side demanding stuff be taken off as it is making them uncomfortable although there is no reason to ask other than being uncomfortable. It is the owner's team's decision as to what they publish.

And how does parading the owner of Planet's state of mental and physical health help?
Richard
I can think of several ways it could well help, but I am not allowed to discuss the matter on the forum.

Fair enough. To me it looks stupidly naive

Might be being very clever certainly not naive in my opinion

So why have you decided to do so anyway? Serious question.
First none of the posts have been deleted on this moderated forum.
Now what do you think of this remark, chastisement on a public forum, reasonable, could it even be bullying or harassment being posted publicly?
What would you do about it money no object?
Looking forward with interest to your thoughts
Thanks
Geo
