I've half a tin of yellow hammerite left over from my mooring pins and chains... the lid is rusted away so i've put in in a jam jar - from waitrose no less. You painted your chains?

For some reason cannot copy Quaysiders post but i think they look lovely but a fetching shade of pink would have been better.....

I often chug off leaving a chain /pin behind cause I lose sight of it... so it seemed logical to me. I was only using up paint initially - I should have bought spray for the chains as it's taking 4 coats to get is all through the links.
