left doesn't discriminate ...... unless you are right
have you ever put your right foot in your left shoe, or your left foot in your right shoe
I suspect more likely in his mouth.

It's not surprising really ...... have you ever put your right foot in your left shoe, or your left foot in your right shoe ? discriminating people chose the right shoe for the right foot No, I have R and L written in them. It's not discrimination, it's using the correct tool for the job. You forget just how intelligent I am, proven by the fact I voted remain.

Neither. It's discrimination against children. Tests were carried out on adults but not children, this denies children the same rights and opportunities as adults. That's discrimination. The powers that be might explain it away: 'Adults are more likely to die from covid than children therefore testing for them was a priority'. This is a reasonable conversation to have but the explanation does not prevent the policy being discriminatory. Justifiable perhaps, but just because something is justifiable doesn't prevent it from being discriminatory. If you were a child with a life threatening condition, you hadn't been able to go beyond your room for over a year, this discrimination would be more apparent.

anyone with any sense would turn it off when they hear "Jeffrey A Tucker", a mountebank of the first order. Makes a tidy living purveying nonsense to gullible fools.

Bring it on! They should be banning gas boilers in new homes now, easy when it is fitted from new, adds a few percent to the cost. Why not?
Mind you, fully green hydrogen production is coming along. They need to ban wood burning too, certainly in wealthy countries, they put out a lot of particulates. Make the free wood cheapskates pay. I'm not using my woodstove at home now, just keeping it for power cut emergencies. Of course the dully fail article is exaggerated, so it stirs up the elderly and demented, gets them to share it across the interweb.

In case you weren't aware, food banks are booming. This hasn't escaped the attention of the left who often describe this as a travesty, disgrace etc., that people in Britain have to resort to charity in order not to go hungry. If all houses have to be upgraded to new standards, who do you think will pay for this?

If all houses have to be upgraded to new standards, who do you think will pay for this? I was talking about new houses. Those who are buying a new house aren't likely to be in the queue at the food bank. You are conflating two different things for effect. Once fitted ASHP are cheaper than other electric heating to run, comparable to gas. What is your solution to global warming, what are you contributing? The food bank issue is down to low pay, major companies being subsidised through tax credits instead of distributing more of the profit to those who create it.

What is your solution to global warming?  Haha! A Conspiracy Theorist! "Global Warming". Next you'll be telling us Catherine Zeta-Jones is a lizard, and that there is no £5,000 fine for attempting to escape from Stalag UK!  "Anyone in England who tries to leave the UK from today without a reasonable excuse face fines of up to £5,000." Waffling Pedant alert! I forgot that I should have used the term "climate change". The Chinese are moving rapidly to cut emissions. Whatever it doesn't absolve you of your responsibility. Two wrongs don't make a right.

The UK used to be really easy going, but these days it seems that unless you go along with the current 'fashionable' viewpoint of dim Jim and his woke dopes on every possible topic, you are anathema. It’s nothing more than a form of puritanism in my view.

Two wrongs don't make a right. The climate has always been changing. Last night it snowed, this afternoon it was sunny. That is the weather for you...

Foxy, you remind me of the guy that used to stand and shout 'the end is nigh, repent now' whilst holding a billboard saying the same at Oxford Circus, occasionally he would turn his billboard around and start quoting whatever passage from the bible. Even my parents who were religios called him a nutter and explained to me not everything people say has to be listened to!
