That is what one group in the Labour party are saying.
Another lot are saying "we need another Blair as that was the only time we won in the last 11 years". A third lot are running round saying "what is wrong with these thick plebs, why don't they realise we know what's best for them".
The rest just bury their heads in the sand.

Doctors generally aren't owned or operated by the NHS. They are owned by private companies paid by the NHS. Big money.

and those same doctors have hidden behind covid for more than 12 months, making themselves almost inaccessible even by phone, leaving the "blue collar workforce" to get out in the community and do the work ................... nurses, carers, occupational therapists, etc.
The latest excuse is that they are all out there manning the vaccination stations. Really? The one I attended, run by 6 large local practices, was processing about 1000 patients per day and there was only one doctor present.
My "GP" practice of 7 doctors doesn't even have an out-of-hours service - the recorded message just says "dial 111".
It's all a sham and a scam.

AFAIK the vaccination centre I was at didn't have a doctor from any of the surgeries although it is possible there was one around
