Hello TBs
So, I have 10mm ply on the walls, I've covered this in every room with one thing or another, pvc pannelling etc; bar one, I 've painted. I have tried to fill the crack joins with wood filler, then decorators calk but the cracks reappear. Yes, I know, boats move right. Wondering if there is a flexible product that can be painted over out there? Anyone found any solutions? Or am I just one of those stupid people trying to turn a boat into a house and I should live with it? Or just get on with the last cladding job? Thanks. T.

Fix a thin strip of wood to one side of the cracks so they cover it. That allows the boards to move under the trim strip. Its not just that boats move and flex, in this weather they expand so get longer and contract. Trying filler is likely to be a loosing battle.
PS, for a price you can get such strips from the DIY sheds with the sides nicely rounded so they look good.
