I can still climb steep slopes without breaking stride, swim a mile or more, or paddle a kayak with the best of them. In every other way though, I'm old.

'Racer' bars from Aldi are a recommended alternative. 55p for a packet of 6. I get through around 2 packets a week.

Jane travelled home on the train ... masks being worn on the train but not on station platforms (which was always a bit silly as they're outdoor and very windy).
I've been down to town, and everything much as it was ... majority wearing masks in shops.
In Morrisons I actually asked as there was no signage or announcements about mask wearing, and was told by staff that customers are simply voting with their feet and continuing to wear them.
Curious to see if that carries on or not.

There’s an elderly couple using masks and another chap on his own. Others are all mask-less. Will be interesting watching how things develop. I’d guess that a lot of daytime shoppers are older so more likely to wear them?

I'm a mere youngster ... and there were several gorgeous young ladies in the shop wearing very little other than a mask ... woof! That's why I shop day time Rog

And just back on track ... I popped to the local beer shop for a couple of Hophouse 13 's (£5 so not too shabby) and masks were 'de rigueur' in there too.

Masks were being worn in Morrisons in Nantwich.Felt sort of obliged to wear one-the old guilt trip.It wasn't too busy,so next time I'm in a large shop-there will be no mask !

To be honest, I'm quite happy to go with the flow ... unless some petty jobsworth starts having a go, I don't mind abiding by the majority. Of course as mask wearing is not mandatory any longer we can tell the jobsworths where to put their masks Rog
