Ok I will be there at the prearranged time. I shall bring my divining stick and we can exchange lessons.
Thank you for this.

The plain truth of the Ricco engine saga is that shortly after I visited Middlewich, on 28 August 2017, and found the engine to be well down on compression - piston/ring blow-by and likely blown head gasket too - Mr Stabby contacted Ricco and persuaded him that he should entrust the entire repair job to the local Vetus agent, . . including lifting the engine out, . . Completely wrong as usual. Ricco had already booked the boat into the boatyard on the first ever occasion I met him so unless I persuaded him through some form of telepathy this is yet more of your endless lies. It seems to me that Ricco could resolve this in one post by telling everyone what actually happened. I know this would spoil a lot of peoples ongoing fun but shirley this has gone on long enough.

Previously you have stated that when you arrived in Middlewich (on Thursday 31 August 2017) - quote - " Ricco's engine was on the stern deck, where it had been for three weeks. I helped him bow haul his boat to the Vetus agent ". Do you stand by this untrue statement, or do you now wish to withdraw it in light of the somewhat ambiguous post you have made (above) stating that - quote - " Ricco had already booked the boat into the boatyard on the first ever occasion I met him " ? Are you denying that you were in contact with Ricco, specifically with regard to advising or assisting in getting his engine lifted out for repair by the local Vetus agents, from sometime on Tuesday 29 August -- the day after I had visited and diagnosed what was was wrong with it -- to when you arrived in Middlewich on Thursday 31 August 2017 ? Do you also deny that, on your arrival in Middlewich, on Thursday 31 August 2017, you and Ricco moved his boat to the Vetus agent's yard, a few hundred yards away from where it was moored, and that it was the yard staff who lifted the engine out with a forklift and placed it on the after deck, . . to be repaired by the yard on Ricco's instructions ?

I always counsel caution when employing a barrister. Damhikt but they get expensive quite quickly.
One does not want to think about it too much but the blighters do get the money in fast.
I'm going to be in a court case quite soon and my barrister did advise that one of the reasons for losing what seems to be a strong case is that the judge can randomly dislike one of the people present.
I will be penniless if I lose and the other sides claim costs (3 parties involved).
Seems a bit bad to me but there we are. We are all human.
Still there is nothing like proper risk taking to make life worth living.

Unless you possess the knowledge and the ability to put your point across effectively like our departed friend NigelMoore you will probably need to employ one of these legal people.

You are a wanker dunkley, and a fuckin parasite. Little wonder that people near your mooring sought to help crt get rid of you. Manky old git.
