What makes you think there would be any pause for answers?

What makes you think there would be any pause for answers? It could make some money, if they did it pay per view.

David has posted that on Monday he will be doing a sit down interview with the C&RT head honcho Richard Parry. If you have a broad perspective / C&RT strategy type question to put to the head honcho, check out Davids vlog below to see how to get your question in the mix. Parry is very finicky about the questions he'll answer. I doubt that he'll be in a hurry to answer the one I asked him in the penultimate paragraph of the e-mail letter I sent last Friday : - 28 January 2022 Fao. the CEO, Canal & River Trust.
Mr Parry,
On 22 October 2020 I was forcibly and unlawfully evicted from my home by agents of a company trading under the name of Commercial Boat Services and claiming to be acting on the instructions and under the authority of the Canal & River Trust, and as authorized Officers of the Court. My home at that time was a a 50' boat, said by the Canal & River Trust to be a houseboat, and was kept and moored on private land on the River Trent at Barton-in-Fabis near Nottingham.
Immediately after I was unlawfully evicted from my home - "Halcyon Daze" Index No. 52721 - the boat was seized and removed by Commercial Boat Services, to an undisclosed destination, complete with all contents including bedding, clothing, cooking equipment, food, trade tools, and personal and business records.
Attending, and in overall charge of my unlawful eviction from and the subsequent seizure and removal of the vessel was Canal & River Trust's Licence Support Supervisor Stuart Garner, who misled the Police he had asked to attend into believing that he was a statutorily qualified Enforcement Officer supervising the execution of a Court Order authorizing the seizure and removal of my boat/home by the personnel supplied by Commercial Boat Services and misrepresenting themselves as Bailiffs acting on the authority and instructions of the Court.
In a written report now in my possession, the Trust's Mr Garner compounded and elaborated on his lies of 22 October 2020 when later questioned by Nottinghamshire Police, giving the impression that he had been statutorily empowered via the current applicable legislation and authorized by the Court to supervise the seizure and removal of my boat/home pursuant to the recovery of debt arising from a successful monetary claim by the Trust.
Since the last contact with the Trust concerning this matter, evidence has been gathered from the owners of eight boats, all of whom have been unlawfully deprived of their vessels and other property in a similar manner via the combined illegal activities of Commercial Boat Services, its bogus 'Bailiffs, and the Canal & River Trust in abusing and exceeding both its specific statutory powers and its obligations under UK common and statute law.
Prior to issuing proceedings we would appreciate either confirmation or denial from you, as CEO, that you are aware of the Trust's above mentioned illegal activities and that they meet with your approval.
In the interests of the openness and honesty to which you so frequently and publicly aspire, this letter and any ensuing correspondence will be published on the internet.
Signed, A.K.Dunkley.

I think you have been filed under "post reserved for future use" Tony.
It's sounds like a joke comment and I do agree with some of your grievances but the way you present, while being very accurate with the technical details, is likely to cause some issues.
It's annoying and I hope you have a very good and very sympathetic legal type person to assist with this.
If not then this post will be saved to file.

Like Andrew I agree with a lot of your grievances and I have always supported your position and would love to see these matters properly adjudicated by a high authority.
I have to agree again with Andrew about the presentation of your case (on here at any rate)
(I also have not time for the attitudes and comments that have been made by those who have opposed you on here.)
Very few of us have the patience to deal with opposition in the same way that Nigel used to but his methods did seem to be effective

I hope that the period 'prior to issuing proceedings' isn't as long as the 'short pause in proceedings' you mentioned around the time the lightship was seized.

Have you phoned the Inland Revenue lately?
You get a 5 minute recorded message about not tolerating racism, sexism, abuse, homophobia, transphobia, anti-semitism, and any other form of perceived verbal insult that they can imagine, then, when you have finished listening to that, you get cut off.

This is a policy that was enabled when it became clear that 99% of calls to HMRC originated from Finland.

Hereβs the interview this thread is about, I wouldnβt suggest watching it unless your really bored and havenβt got any paint to watch dry. Thereβs a part two for the real masochists amongst us.

Very few of us have the patience to deal with opposition in the same way that Nigel used to but his methods did seem to be effective Last Friday's e-mailed open letter to Parry wasn't about grievances, John, . . . nor was it about his crumbling empire's illegal activities or its already well documented proven disregard for the law, honesty and common decency. It is, quite simply, an enquiry as to whether or not he intends to stand up and take responsibility as the CEO, . . or if he's going to try and wriggle out of the ultimate blame for what his equally dishonest minions have done under his personal direction, . . and still are doing ! There is nothing in UK common or statute law that exempts Parry or any of the other liars and crooks he hides behind in his role of CEO from the obligation to act within the law, . . remember the five boats, including two historic L & L Short boats, stolen from the rightful owners at Burscough last November via the same unlawful procedures, the same contractor, the same bogus Bailiffs, the same lies, and the same criminal offences by way of which "Planet" was stolen from its rightful owner in Liverpool back in 2016.

maybe grievance was the wrong choice of words Tony, but hopefully it was clear enough what I meant.

It was a word I used as well.

Apologies for the misunderstanding.

Apologies for the misunderstanding. grievance a real or imagined cause for complaint, especially unfair treatment:Not a realistic or appropriate word to describe the statutory offences of Fraud by false representation and Theft, the common law offence of Conspiracy to defraud, or the statutory offence of impersonating an Officer of the Court, . . especially when admitted, on the record, by the actual perpetrators and the directing minds behind them.
