Exactly. It needs moving off the mooring, which could be an issue. Anyway your losing your touch, you can usually tell the condition of a boat from photos. Looking at the photos I’m willing to bet it stinks and is absolutely filthy! That Jabsco sea toilet with a piece of hoover hose for the discharge will be particularly whiffy! A solid day with some bin bags, some cloths and a metric shit tonne of anti bac cleaning spray would make it infinitely more presentable - the welding helmet and a127 alternator left laying about don’t inspire much confidence either! I can never understand why so little effort is made in presenting for sale boats that are clearly still being used - it costs little but time and effort.

It’s true but, I’d bet it’s been left and is being sold to recoup mooring fees. If it goes for less than £3000 (depending on the condition.) it’s got to be a good buy.

It would be interesting to know the story behind this sale.It looks abandoned like the 'Marie Celeste'.

It would be interesting to know the story behind this sale.It looks abandoned like the 'Marie Celeste'. Things happen ..... the steel cruiser that I have my eye on belonged to a youngish chap who for a long time was very ill, during that time it was not touched (3 years I think) when he died there was a long period (again years) when it wasn't touched while his affairs were sorted out.
Eventually it was lifted out the water and pressure washed to tidy it up for sale ..... and the pressure washer blew holes all along the waterline ..... how it had stayed afloat was a miracle

That's quite nice actually. Reminds me a bit of the Disco Volante sans the hydrofoils

The hull shape is rather intriguing.

The hull shape is rather intriguing. More details on the boat. www.feadship.nl/fleet/anahita What's going on with that underwater shape? It looks like someone has chopped part of it out.
