Ive still not planted any seeds yet still abit too cold in the mornings yet. Spinach and first lettuces doing OK. Just sown rocket, chives, more salad leaves and a few mange tout - all before they get well rained in! yes that’s the kind of stuff I normally grow. But it still seems to cold to be on a boat roof. I don’t really have facilities to start them indoors otherwise I would.

This brief account, with regard to the recent public exposure of C&RT Ltd's long term fraudulent misuse and abuse of its statutory powers under Section 8 of the British Waterways Act 1983, will also be posted elsewhere, . . but I think it appropriate to repeat it here - for as many times as necessary - if only as something of an antidote to the sheer volume of mindless garbage deposited on this, and other thread, by the members of the Thunderboat Mental Cripples Club.
More importantly, it will give C&RT Ltd CEO Richard Parry, and Company Secretary, Book Cooker-in-Chief, and Head of C&RT Ltd's Legal Fiction Services, Tom Deards, something to ponder, . . after it's been reported back to them by their network of internet watchers, and C&RT Ltd's own Public Relations Misinformation Office. ___________________________________________
This latest C&RT Ltd festival of stupidity, mendacity, and plain old fashioned malice, staged on 19 April 2023 at Bradford-on-Avon, was attended in person by C&RT Ltd's Solicitor-Advocate, Lucy Barry, and her equally dishonest colleague, Matthew Aymes, the Trust's national Customer and Licence Support manager (sic).
A big 'thank you and well done' for the way the day ended is due to the Wiltshire Police, who, to C&RT Ltd's bitter disappointment, insisted on acting only within the bounds of the Law and common decency, . . unlike many other Police forces who have in the past shown themselves willing to give every assistance to C&RT Ltd in doing much of their unlawful dirty work for them. Fortunately for George Ward, and a great many others, the Police Sargeant in charge of the five strong contingent of officers, some of them armed, that C&RT Ltd asked Wiltshire Police for, actually knew and understood the powers and limitations of the (Declaratory & Injunctive Relief) Court Order with which C&RT Ltd, after first unlawfully evicting him from, were fraudulently and in contempt of Court intending unlawfully to 'seize' and transport away the boat on which George Ward is living.
It must go on record that Police conduct and handling of the situation was correct to the letter of the law and wholly in order, . . in sharp contrast with the four thick ill-trained Nottinghamshire Police officers who attended and actively assisted C&RT Ltd and Commercial Boat Services bogus Bailiffs in the fraudulent seizure and ultimate theft of my boat Halcyon Daze on 22 October 2020.
It must also be noted at this stage that, since being exposed for the frauds they were, and proof of their true status being put into Police and other evidence, the C&RT Ltd/Commercial Boat Services (bogus) Bailiffs have now been redesignated - by professional liar and C&RT Ltd Solicitor-Advocate Lucy Barry - as "contracted security operatives", . . the guise in which they arrived in Bradford-on-Avon on 19 April, assuming that the Police would be evicting George Ward from his boat/home and then detaining or restraining him whilst their Commercial Boat Services colleagues towed it away.
I doubt, but sincerely hope, that the C&RT Ltd, having made a failed and wholly unlawful attempt on 19 April 2023 to enforce the fining, imprisonment or asset seizure sanctions specified in paras 2) & 3) of the Injunction section of the Court Order, . . in law and in Court procedures, the sole preserve of the Courts to apply and enforce, . . will now be so foolish as to go back to the Court to ask it to enforce the very same non-compliance sanctions that it has so recently, unsuccessfully, and unlawfully, attempted to enforce itself.
The C&RT's 19 April 2023 calculated and knowing misuse and of the (Court) Order for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief that this so-called charitable Trust obtained against George Ward has left its dishonest management and lawyers in something of a quandary. Asking the Court to enforce the fining, imprisonment or asset seizure sanctions listed in the printed warning that accompanies every Injunction Order the Courts make, . . only after first making an illegal abortive attempt to enforce it themselves, and with the unwitting assistance of the Police, . . will of course leave Deards, Barry, Aymes & co. in the position of having to explain away every previous occasion on which they have taken it upon themselves to contemptuously assume the role and powers of the Court in unlawfully seizing and disposing of targeted boatowners homes and/or assets without the Court's approval or authority so to do.
The lid has finally been very publicly blown off C&RT Ltd and Commercial Boat Services criminal activities, . . and the way is now open for everyone who has had a boat and contents unlawfully seized by this so-called charitable Trust and its crooked contractors to initiate the process of recovering their stolen goods and property.
On 19 April 2023, at Bradford-on-Avon, C&RT Ltd's team of retained boat thieves were stopped in their tracks because for the first time, ever, they were unlucky enough to encounter a conscientious and well trained Police officer who recognised the fact that the Court Order, . . under which C&RT Ltd and its re-invented "contracted security operatives" (former bogus Bailiffs) were intending, with the by now customary and taken for granted Police assistance, to unlawfully evict a boatowner from their home/boat and fraudulently and in contempt of Court seize and transport away a Section 8'd boat, . . did NOT in reality confer any such power or authority, . . or order the execution of any such action.
On Wednesday 19 April 2023, the luck of a great many past victims of C&RT Ltd's dishonesty, contempt for the law, and for common decency, took a turn for the better, . . C&RT Ltd's luck, on the other hand, ran out, . . and it was all thanks to a decent, right-thinking, and well trained Police Officer who saw through the fraudulently misrepresented Court Order, and through all the customary and well rehearsed misdirections and lies being peddled by C&RT Ltd's Matthew Aymes and Lucy Barry.

Ive still not planted any seeds yet still abit too cold in the mornings yet. Why don't you start them off indoors, . . in the cardboard boxes you're storing Mr Shit-for-Brains Coventon's reserve stock of brain transplant organs in, . . it's very unlikely he'll have need of them in the foreseeable future, . . not where he's heading for.

But it still seems to cold to be on a boat roof. I don’t really have facilities to start them indoors otherwise I would. Me neither. Everything I grow is on the roof (apart from a bit of mustard & cress on the worktop). I buy cheap(ish) seeds and they have two chances - grow or don't! It's far too cold and windy for some things, agreed, and my seedlings are really only still that this week but they're doing their best......
